September 8, 1934. between Mr. Italo Francesco Scorzzo, a merchant from Genoa, a legal representative of the company
Kolektivne Gew..(illegible) Lanza based in Genoa as seller and Mr. Špira Bezić, late Petar from Stomorska, living in
Split, as a buyer in the records of the notary Luigi Francesco Risso from Genoa, number: 6382/4091. L.K. Split number:
11661/34 dated November 23, 1934.
Date of registration 11/22/1934, registration number 13. The Remarks section states that it has a Satima
engine with two cylinders, HP 80. It is written in the margins that it is nationalized.
We cannot know for sure how the first Bezić came to Stomorska, but we can try to reconstruct the history of
this fascinating family is based on old church registers, newspaper articles, and precious, historical sources
such as Andreis's book Population of the Island of Šolta until 1900.
